Active employees, retirees under 65, non-active employees under 65, and their eligible dependents enrolled in:

• HealthSelect of Texas^®
• Consumer Directed HealthSelect^SM
• HealthSelect^SM Out-of-State

Effective September 1, 2020, in addition to the coverage for diabetic supplies that already exists under the HealthSelect of Texas and Consumer Directed HealthSelect medical plans administered by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, certain diabetic supplies are covered at no cost to participants under the Prescription Drug Programs (PDPs). Learn more about this new HealthSelect PDP benefit and how you might be eligible to receive a glucometer and other diabetic supplies at no cost.
