    SOFÍA:
Gracias por llamar a HealthSelect. Mi nombre es Sofía.
    ROSA GONZALES:
Hola, Sofía. Mi nombre es Rosa Gonzales.
    SOFÍA:
Hola, señora Gonzales. ¿En qué le puedo ayudar?
    ROSA GONZALES:
¿Me podría ayudar a averiguarlo?
    SOFÍA:
Estoy segura de que podré ayudarla. Permítame verificar su información, señora Gonzales.
    ROSA GONZALES:
    ROSA GONZALES:
    Sí, por supuesto.
    ROSA GONZALES:
    ¿Sí?
    SOFÍA:
Buenas tardes, señora Gonzales. Soy Sofía, de HealthSelect of Texas.
    ROSA GONZALES:
    ROSA GONZALES:
¡Muchísimas gracias! No sabe cómo se lo agradezco.
    SOFÍA:
    Ha sido un placer ayudarla.

In addition to your applicable deductibles, copayments and/or coinsurance, the actual cost of the services may vary based on a number of factors including the date of service, the actual procedure performed and what services were billed by the provider and your benefit plan. Coverage is subject to the limitations, exclusions and terms of your plan.
