I want to nominate a provider who is not already in the HealthSelect network:

There currently are more than 113,000 providers in the HealthSelectSM network across the State of Texas, with providers being added on a regular basis. If your current provider is not listed in the HealthSelect network, you can nominate her/him using this form.

Are the providers at my hospital in the HealthSelect network?

Even if a hospital is in the HealthSelect network, the doctors, anesthesiologists, radiologists, and other providers who practice at that hospital may not be! It's important to find out if all your providers are in the network before scheduling a surgery or procedure.

If you are planning a visit to a hospital or outpatient facility, these lists of facilities and doctors can help you see the network status for hospital-based doctors in Texas.

Virtual Visits

Getting sick is never convenient. When you don't feel well or your child is sick, you may not be able to leave your home or office to go to your regular provider’s office. With Virtual Visits, you and your eligible dependents can consult a doctor online for your urgent, non-emergency health care needs. Learn more.

Telemedicine

Telemedicine is a general term for any care provided via a telemedicine platform. Some providers may provide telemedicine services using their own platforms. You pay as much for in-network medical and mental health telemedicine visits as you would for in-person office visits. See your plan’s Master Benefits Plan Document for benefit details.
